Given the proven benefits of out-going stays for students and the knowledge that short-stay programs are now ahora more affordable, it is important that universities provide more opportunities for such students to participate. In this context, this study seek to analyze the quality of the Dolphin Mobility Program, from the perspective of undergraduate students from two Technological Institutes (TI) in the State of Michoacán, Mexico. The data is collected through a self-administered online Likert scale questionnaire. The sample corresponds to students from a federal TI and a decentralized TI (n= 34). Results indicate that this group of students values the mobility experience very positively (M= 4.559; SD= 0.70). It is concluded that the Dolphin Movility Program contributes significantly to the comprehensive training of the workforce for the 21st century. Additionally, recommendations are given to enhance undergraduate students’life-long learning skills.
